We went to a lot of trouble to protect buyers and sellers. We spent many hours creating software that monitors traffic and blocks suspected dealers and bots. We get nothing out of this.. it is simply for everyday garage sale Aussies.Dealers and professional buyers spoil it for everyone!
They arrive early often before the start time and forcefully scour the items for sale. If the seller has not put everything out, the dealer will pressure to gain access. Then, and this is important.. the dealer will agressively haggle the price with the seller. Sellers are everyday people not used to this kind of pressure and will often relent, letting the item go for well under its market value.
Shoppers are missing out because the dealer will have beaten you to it.
