Advertising Policies

As a condition of use of Gazza’s you agree that you are at least 18 years of age.

We want to make the web site as clean, friendly and usable as possible for everyone.

You are solely responsible for all information that you submit to Gazza’s and any consequences that may result from your advert.

We reserve the right at our discretion to refuse or delete content that we believe is inappropriate or breaching our Terms of Use.

We also reserve the right at our discretion to restrict a user’s usage of the site either temporarily or permanently, or refuse a user’s registration.

General reasons for ads being rejected are:

  • Adverts without an acceptable address (number, street name, suburb, state)
  • Held in commercial premises including shops, factory, business, office, warehouse, yard, etc.
  • Breaches of Australian law. It is the responsibility of the advertiser before posting an ad to ensure that content advertised adheres to Gazza’s posting policies as well as Australian applicable laws. As a condition of your use of Gazza’s specified under our Terms of Use, you agree that you will not violate any laws
  • The advert is a duplicate of another advert at the same address
  • Ads posted using a non-Australian address.
  • Inappropriate language
  • Inappropriate photo / image
  • Discriminatory on race / religion / nationality / gender / etc

Gazza’s reserves the right to remove any ad that is not relevant, or of value to Gazza’s community, with or without notice to the advertiser.

There are several ways that an advert can be found to be in breach of policy and rejected including:

  • During advert review
  • Advert has been reported.

When this happens the advert will be deactivated and rejected.

Once an advert has been rejected, only a Featured Advert may be submitted for the address.

We do not enter into discussion about reasons for advert rejection but you are welcome to Contact Gazza with feedback.
